2019-2020 Agencies Selection Consultancy – BMW //

“Agency Model – The Engine” Project

After completing a full cost-optimisation audit of the main BMW France’s communication agency, we were invited to participate to a tender aiming at supporting the BMW France Group (BMW, Mini, Motorrad, etc.) to re-think its agencies ecosystem.

As we won the bid, we decided to spend several days in 2019 interviewing all the marketing and buying teams in order to provide them with the best recommendations regarding an ideal organisation for the French agencies ecosystem.

The project having become international (project of consolidation of the number of communication partners worldwide), we now help the brand evaluating the best recommendations and listing alerts for the French market.
